Greencore would like all new starters to have a positive experience in their first few days, weeks and months with the Company. A big part of this is the probationary period and the support provided to the new colleague. The probationary period is a chance for the colleague and the line manager to assess suitability of the role, measure success and identify areas of training.
The HR Shared Services are here to help line managers with this. We utilise our HR system to generate emails to remind line managers when formal reviews should take place and are here to provide guidance.
When you need us, our team of Trained Coordinators will also send letters out to our colleagues to confirm the outcome.
