As a company we have a legal obligation to ensure all colleagues have the right to work in the UK.  In order to do this, we must conduct eligibility to work (ETW) checks with all candidates before they start work with the Company.  The Talent & Acquisition Team manage this process in conjunction with site HR and HR Shared Services.  This will be conducted by a trained Approval Officer.

Our service provides support with any queries and ensure that all E-files are compliant with this evidence.

Our role in ETW does not stop there.  We also monitor the immigration status of our colleagues who have visa expiration dates.  When these occur, we get in touch with the colleague to support in the renewal process to ensure all visas are always up to date and compliant.
