Colleague Employment Changes
Many of our colleagues move roles, change managers, change their hours or shifts or are successfully promoted to other roles.
The HR Shared Services Team provide the administration of variations to contracts and written confirmation of changes.
As a Manager, please complete the Variation to Employment form and either email across to us or login to the HRSS portal and raise a case directly with us.
Please ensure you have liaised with your site HR for the necessary support and approval to make this change.
