We are here to support Managers and the Talent & Acquisition team in the recruitment process.  The Authorisation to Recruit (ATR) & Onboarding form should first be submitted to the TA team for monthly paid colleagues. When the perfect candidate has been agreed (for either monthly or weekly colleagues), the process moves over to us.

This involves the following steps:

  • Verification of Eligibility to Work to ensure the company is compliant every time
  • Production of Offer Letters & Contracts of Employment
  • Book inductions with the L&D teams (and notifying managers so they can process INUR’s)
  • Administration of starter packs
  • Setting up colleague E-files
  • Inform payroll of new starter information
